Introduction Fish farming is one of the few activities that have not been properly embraced in a business manner by small scale farmers in Kenya. Many parts of the country have areas that are suitable for fish farming, but are not utilized. The number of unemployed young men and women in rural areas is very high. Shama Fish and Bacon is utilizing the idle labour to establish fish farms, in a manner that ensures ownership by communities, while at the same time creating employment, generating income and reducing poverty. The projects are structured in the form of public-private partnerships that also provide opportunities for investment as a method of mobilization of funds.

Another great performance in KCPE 2012! Nelius Wangechi Leah was Tops with 403 points!!
Nelius has been admitted to Alliance Girls High School.
The other star performers were Anastasia (Maryhill), Millicent (Kenya High) and Silvia (Nyabururu). We wish all of them the very best in next level of education.
